
Turkey with Potatoes & Cabbage Salad
🍽️ Recipe: Bake 120g of turkey breast with herbs (no oil). Boil or bake 100g of potatoes. Make a salad with 50g cabbage, 50g cucumber, 1 tsp olive oil. Serve warm with salad.

Chickpea-avocado toast with herbal tea
🍽️ Recipe: Mash 60g boiled chickpeas with 40g avocado. Spread over 1 slice of wholegrain bread. Serve with herbal tea.
