Rice Paper “Breakfast Sandwiches”

🍽️ Recipe: Soak 2 rice papers briefly in warm water. Scramble 1 egg with 1 tbsp yogurt and 1 tbsp cooked or air-fried vegetables. Place the filling inside rice paper, fold like a wrap. Air Fry 180 °C / 5–6 min until crisp. Serve warm.
