🍽️ Recipe: Whisk 180ml apple cider vinegar, 3 tbsp molasses, 2 tbsp tamarind paste, 1 tbsp mushroom powder, 1 tsp onion powder. Do not cook. Store in fridge.

🍽️ Recipe: Combine 120ml coconut aminos, 60ml rice vinegar, 2 tbsp grated ginger, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp chili flakes. Simmer for 10 mins until slightly thickened.

Gout-Safe Sweet & Sour Sauce
🍽️ Recipe: Blend 150ml fresh pineapple juice, 50ml rice vinegar, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 50g red bell pepper until smooth. Simmer for 15 mins.
